A 55+ active adult community located in Gold Canyon Arizona. This community is popular among full time residents and “snow-birds” (residents who live in Arizona in the winter-time, but who have homes in other locations where they live in the summer months).
The community boasts a public golf course, and is also close to several other popular golf courses in the East Phoenix Valley area.
There are always resell homes available on the market, as well as seasonal rentals. The building of homes was completed some years ago and there are no new build homes at this time in the community.
There is a home owners association.
